Our Policies Check In: After 3 p.m. Reservations: A deposit of 50% plus tax (minimum 1 night)is required to secure your reservation. Visa and Mastercard accepted. If paying by check, prepayment in full is required. By making reservations you are agreeing to our policies. Cancellations: Deposit is refundable if given with 21 days notice. Refunds result in a $50 processing fee. If for ANY reason you cancel with less than 21 days notice you will be responsible for your entire stay unless we can rebook. If you reserve and cancel with 21 days or less before your stay you will be responsible for your entire stay unless we can rebook. So it benefits you to let us know of any cancellation requests as early as possible. There are no refunds for early departures. Rates are per night for 1 or 2 guests excluding tax. ($200 to $350) Two night minimum stay on holidays. Prices subject to change. The rates below are for the bungalow #1 and chalet #2 and chalet #5. Chalet #3 is priced $25 more per night than chalet #2 and #5. Click on the picture of each building and you will find the rates listed there also. Call for May's special.
TH-SU Bungalow $300 per night Chalets $325 per night (1 night stay) No Children. No pets. No Smoking in chalets or bungalow. Strictly enforced. You will be charged a 1 night stay for extra cleaning for anyone violating this policy. No tea or tapered candles. Candles in glass only. Percheron Paradise is a very private and secluded place and is reserved for registered guests only. Tours of the property are by appointment only and cost $25 plus tax which is deducted with your reservation.
